4 Assignment #10: Mystery History Maker

Our Class is going to a field trip!!! the museum's website.


In addition the following below is because of an assignment from my teacher Assignment #10
The game i played to answer the questions (The Game)


This game paired me up with David McTaggart



1. Were you able to identify your history maker using the clues provided?


It was too hard! I have never heard of Mr.Mctaggart , so what i did was just click and uncover all the things and ended up telling me his name.

2. What do you have in common with this person?



He is a very good athlete that tries to succeed and achieve all of his dreams and hopes


3. Why is this person historically significant in Canada?



David Fraser McTaggart Was born on June 24, 1932  and died on March 23, 2001, He was 69 before he passed away. He sadly was killed because of a car crash in Italy.

David McTaggart, was involved with building Greenpeace , this was a worldwide environmental movement.


In 1972 he was looking in the newspaper and came across an ad and quickly took action towards it, He had taken his personal boat to protest the testing of nuclear weapons in the pacific that the French government was conducting. It took some hard ache and pain to succeed with his plan, In 1974 all of his hard work had paid off, the french announced the end of their nuclear testing program. He became "chairman" and chief spokesman of Greenpeace in 1979. In 1991 he had retired and to live on an olive farm in Paciano, Umbria, Italy. 


In addition he was a great athlete , he won three consective Canadian National Badminton Championships in mens's singles in 1956-1958

Interesting, Is Mr.Mctaggart alot like you? Usually those type quiz's pair you up based on similar answers. What do you think made him your match?

Also, Thanks for the comment on my Golden Rule post! I really liked the suggestions you gave me. If I have to respond to something again I'll be sure to add these ideas to them. So others can understand what I meant to say.
To answer your question, this could apply to others. If you know the golden rule you should know that everyday you are almost always following it. No matter how different you are everyone understands what is right or wrong.
