1 Assignment #26 - Where Children Eat and Sleep

Hello Everyone!

In my country the money currency will be in dollars, Usually a family will have 1-3 children in my fictional country.

My country will be a very rich thus, an average families food in a month will cost about $50. EVERYTHING IN MY COUNTRY IS CHEAP.

Every family will have 1-10 computers in there home - for example:

This is because,

1. All mac computers are cheap and there absolutely no PC's in my country because PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OWN CRAPPY COMPUTERS!!!

2. My country is a multi billionaire organization full of apple computer factories.

3. Everyone is very techy and nerdy with computers, this is because there are lots of organizations that tutor and help people learn.

Alright, so as we all know we have the Rich and the Poor, in my country there is not middle only rich or poor. 

Im gonna talk about the poor, Shisha is her name.

Shisha is only 12 years old and yet she has gone through things other people wouldn't even dream of being into. Shisha's family has suffered with many things one big thing being is loss of money they currently live in a small crammed house where everyone sleeps together, they lie there blankets down and sleep on them. Though they are all very happy, Shisha has a one sibling , her 5 year old brother. 

She cares about him very much, and loves taking the responsibility of looking after him while her parents are gone to bring some money in to feed the family, they eat like everyone else but they don't get the really good things, basically its the same meal over and over again. Shisha's hopes and dreams is to open a big, a very very big market to sell fruits,meat,snacks, etc. 

NOW im gonna talk about the rich, Mart is his name.

He lives in a very big family with 3 older siblings, all boys. He eats the greatest food, with great variety. He lives a happy and relaxing life, with the best of health care. Everyday his parents work hard to support and live to there standards, Marts dreams and hopes is to become a worldwide billionaire, at the age of 20 he wants to open a multimillionaire organization to build electronic equipment.

Its a funny rhyming book/poem, it takes about some crazy adventures, also known as cat in the hat (The movie). I love it cause of the amazing illustrations! Also most of the time it is funny. In addition it is important because kids learn from the rhyming words as did I.

Its an amazing book, there are multiple novel series. The reason i like it because it is interestred and very detailed that you can get a clear picture in your mind. Its important because it made a big impact on my writing skills

Its a old old old book, the first time i read it, it made me laugh cause a girl goes into a house and basically rumages through everything and the family comes home and see's that theres been things that have been used, misplaced and eaten! And did i mention the family is a family of bears!? I like it because it was the first time i read something with such interest

This is a fun, and very amazing book because as a child i was getting bullied and when ever i get pushed around and what not it always reminded me of the three little pigs, Because in a way the wolf would byully the pigs and yet the wolf was not succesful.

- Race Cars

I love to play with cars as a child, i owned a collection of them! I used to roll the cars and make them go as far as possible. I liked them because they reminded me of actual cars and how it would be to drive. When ever i pass or watch a hotwheels commercial it reminds me of my childhood.

- Xbox

The way i got my xbox was an amazing way. My dad used to come home at around 4 or 3 in the morning from his work. I would always run down and say hi and go back to bed. But this night was diffrent. I came down said hi to my dad, then was about to goto bed then he told me to open the tv case, and i went and opened and i saw a brand new xbox. I was around 9 i was very very amazed and excited. I ran to him and kissed him and asked if i could play all night. The game that i addored most was gta, dont worry it wasnt on a school night.

- Kids Games Online

As a child i loved playing games, esspecially 2d games and i usually played them on the computer. This is one of the reasons why i am into game development. I used to spend about 5 hours a day just playing games. Now i make games for kids and adults to play.

- Math Worksheets

I love math! When ever i get in trouble instead of getting grounded i just get a math worksheet. I would "Act" like i hate them so i wouldnt get any other "punishment". Most people dont like amth but since i was 8 i love it.

- Kids Shows

When im not playing games, im watching cartoons! Spongebob was the best cartoon and still is! As a child i loved it, and i still do its one of my favourite shows but in all honestly i dont watch it as much. When ever i watch a cartoon, it reminds me of the spongebob ice cream i would always eat.

- Animal Crackers!!!

Animal Crackers with apple juice is heaven <3. Every day at my school i would have a bag full with an apple juice box on the side. I can taste it now , HMMMMMMM.

2 Assignment #24: Canadian Political Parties

If i were to vote for the next prime minister of Canada, i would vote for Conservatives.

Because

Stephan Harper is our prime minister (at the moment) . He has ran things very well, but of course he did not stick to his words of what he promised, but really what person of leader has???

Everyone thought Obama is great but yet he did not stick to his word and deliver what he promised.

In addition the conservatives has lots of money thus making more and more publicity, and advertisement. Whether it be on the computer, or TV, or newspaper.

He rules Canada and he is trying everything to succeed and rule again.

He has not started any wars, he has been very careful for his actions. Unlike some leaders in the world.

He has kept taxes fair, but of course it could be better. But the other groups that are running have not said anything positive about the taxes, and if they had i myself would not believe them because everyone in politics try and try to absolutely anything just to get a vote.

And that's why i think Stephan Harper is fit to lead again, hes shown he can take the responsibility and the role.

It is a about a soldier going to war and coming back home completely different. He was acting out and wasn't being himself.

Overall i think my group did really well, most people provided through information and people expressed there thoughts and feelings, and some people lacked.

I have noticed that question 2 did not get many replies. I think this is because it was posted late.

Most people used good vocab and understood what they were talking about.

I think in the future we can start a better interaction with one another, because our group didn't really respond to each others posts.

The book ended by the following sentence:

"He put his arm around my shoulders. "Let's Go Home"

Do you this was an appropriate ending? Do you think that his dad will recover? If you were the author would you end the book like this?

0 Assignment #23: Canada and China

Hello Everyone! This is post #23! We are gonna compare canada and china.

- We are gonna start off by talking about population, the total world population is more then 7 billion and every second that is increasing. China's population is 1,336,718,015, and Canada's population is 34,030,589. A huge amount of people live in china, it is rated the most populated country!

- Education is very important in our society and it has been official that in canada at the age of 15 kids can read and write. In china it is the same, but you have to remember the population so this obviously gives china higher standards then most countries. 

- School is also very important as it corresponds with education. In China males are expected to goto school for 11 years and females are expected to go to school 12 years, so it is very weird that girls have an extra year of schoolwork. Maybe because girls are smarter then boys ^.^ . In canada males and females average 17 years of school. Keep in mind that china has a 10 hour school day, and there work is very difficult. We are very fortunate along with the teachers ;)

Hello,

I'm here to talk about globalization.

I found the definition of globalization here: Define:Globalization

In my own words:

Globalization is all around the world, Every year people are reproducing, changing culture, markets being overgrown, etc.

The population is growing and this means if a person migrates to another country it means that in that country lets say a Asian man gets married with African woman and they have a child the child will probably be mixed between both there skin colours.

If people skin colour would change and or there eyes,mouth,nose.This will result that the average man or woman now, would look different in the future. This happens when a man marries someone that isn't the same race as them selves.

While playing around with "The Face of Tomorrow"

-I noticed that the girl and boys look alike in fact they even look like brother sister.
-Different areas and city's that are close to each other then the generally have the same skin colour.
-Usually peoples area affect themselves meaning sun, foods, plants. This affects the skin colour, the facial expressions, etc

The face of tomorrow, i think means the future faces that overcome us. And this is very interesting because
over the years you can come back and see what changes have been made to the average person.

Identity is basically your looks, the way you act, etc. This gathers every ones looks and basically puts them together and makes the average person. Everyone has a different look, for instants we all have a different fingerprint, that's our identity.

Well what surprised me was that all around the world there are different people that look quite the same, but also the thing that freaked me out was that the average girl or man looks almost identical. Which shows me that different locations effect the location.

What i expected was that, the female and male would look different but in fact they didn't also, i would expect the photos of the people would be different but most had the same features like eyes,nose,skin colour.

Im Persian and i think that the Persians have a tanned skin, like i would say that Persians sort of look like the Arabic side because my country (Iran) is located in the middle east and this makes a big impact on how we look today.

But you never know whats ahead of us.
